On July 14, we hosted an informative investor webinar together with finanzen.net on the topic “Between inflationary pressure and stock market turbulence \u2013 how investors can bring stability to their portfolios with interest rate strategies . ”<\/p>\n

We would like to thank all participants for their great interest and the exciting questions!<\/p>\n

In her presentation, our speaker demonstrated how investors can secure solid and predictable returns beyond traditional investment methods. The focus was particularly on short-term real estate bonds with fixed interest rates of up to 12% p.a. \u2013 an asset class that currently offers an attractive combination of returns, predictability, and value .<\/p>\n

The webinar made it clear: Anyone who wants to weatherproof their portfolio in 2025 needs more than standard solutions. With clear figures, practical examples, and strategies, we were able to demonstrate how investors can achieve real returns , manageable risks , and regain a degree of financial sovereignty .<\/p>\n
