This project involved the restructuring of an iconic property with the goal of preserving its distinctive identity and unique architectural style. MIMCO Asset Management acted as fund and asset manager.
The redevelopment included an exclusive 5-star hotel and select commercial spaces, which were acquired in 2023 by LVMH, a leading luxury goods company, for its Dior brand.

The former Banque de France office building is centrally located in a prominent Parisian business district. The property comprises a seven-story building that is being completely redesigned to accommodate first-class tenants.
The project offers impressive views through several terraces and creates an attractive, first-class working and living environment in the heart of Paris.

At 82 Sébastopol, a mixed-use and historic building was converted into a 4-star hotel residence for short- and medium-term rentals. The striking corner building with Haussmannian architecture and six floors, which housed offices, retail, and apartments, was completely converted into a high-quality hotel residence.
The conversion is scheduled to be completed before the 2024 Olympic Games.

The Q56 project involved comprehensively modernizing and upgrading an existing commercial property in the heart of Bad Homburg. The goal was to create attractive spaces for retail, services, and, in particular, modern office solutions.
The redesign sustainably enhanced the location's appeal and significantly contributed to revitalizing the city. Thanks to the immediate proximity to the Frankfurt Rhine-Main metropolitan region and a future-oriented infrastructure, the project was successfully completed and high-quality long-term tenant partnerships were established.

The project in Luxembourg-Hollerich involved the construction of a new residential complex with 95 residential units, primarily studios, designed to meet the needs of a young, active, and modern population.
STEEL is located at the intersection of the station district and the Hollerich district, which is undergoing a dynamic modernization process.

Toulon Logistique focused on converting an outdated logistics site into a modern, eco-efficient, urban logistics warehouse near Toulon. This visionary project focused on modernizing and upgrading this originally dilapidated logistics property, ideally located in a dynamically growing industrial park.
The project was transformed into a modern courier warehouse that meets the latest market standards.

Maison Pierre Orsi is committed to the renovation and expansion of an exceptional hotel for gastronomy and luxury hospitality in Lyon. Located on Place Kléber in an 18th-century mansion in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, the project is an iconic address of Lyon's gastronomy.
Under the future direction of a two-star Michelin-starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F.), the Pierre Orsi will become a 5-star hotel in 2026, featuring a 2-star restaurant, a brasserie designed by the chef, and a wine cellar for fine wines.

As part of the "Changefield" project, a previously unused commercial site in Bitterfeld was comprehensively revitalized and repositioned. The goal was to revitalize the area economically and make it more attractive for long-term use.
As part of the redesign, a large-scale specialty store for cost-conscious construction and renovation was established – a strong footfall driver that not only contributes to the revitalization of the site but also provides new impetus for the local economy and infrastructure.
