UNIVERS Capital Aligns Management for the Next Phase of Growth
UNIVERS Capital GmbH (www.universcapital.de) is reorganizing its leadership: Kira Gellert is taking over the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be responsible for the strategic development of the digital real estate investment platform. With this appointment, the company is strengthening its management structure and laying the groundwork for further expansion of its business in the digital real estate investment market.
Kira Gellert becomes head of UNIVERS Capital
Kira Gellert has extensive experience in real estate, asset management, and investment management. Most recently, she headed MIMCO Asset Management, where she was responsible for managing the group’s real estate portfolio. Thanks to her close involvement in the development, structuring, and marketing of real estate investments, she is familiar with both the operational processes and the requirements of private, semi-professional, and institutional investors.

A Focus on Digital Real Estate Investments
The new management team will focus on the further development of digital real estate investment products, the expansion of the product portfolio, and the strengthening of UNIVERS Capital’s market position in German-speaking countries. In particular, the company aims to further expand its offering of regulated and transparent investment solutions for private and institutional investors.
