UNIVERS Capital was founded in 2020 in Luxembourg and France to complement our MIMCO investment platform and make exclusive investment opportunities available to private investors in Germany as well. Our team brings together expertise in real estate, project development, asset management, finance, and IT.

We would like to emphasize that UNIVERS Capital is exclusively a technical service provider and makes the platform available to the individual project companies. UNIVERS Capital is a wholly-owned sister company of the individual project companies, which share the same shareholder structure. The project companies are solely responsible for advertising and marketing.

Our History.

UNIVERS Capital was founded in 2020 as a subsidiary of the Swiss company JURAG AG, which has been active in the real estate sector for more than 45 years, and, like MIMCO Capital, is part of the pan-European corporate group. UNIVERS Capital’s vision is to rethink access to high-quality investment opportunities: transparently, digitally, and for a broader group of investors in Germany and Europe.

UNIVERS Capital fills a major gap in the investment market: While institutional investors have been benefiting from exclusive investment opportunities in real estate bonds for years, private investors have generally been denied these opportunities. This is exactly where we come in: Our goal is to make professional real estate investments accessible to private investors as well—in a simple and secure way. From this idea, UNIVERS Capital was born—a company that combines in-depth industry expertise in finance, project development, real estate economics, IT, and the capital markets.

The founders and today’s core team bring many years of experience in their respective fields and a shared conviction: Investing must become more transparent, efficient, and fair.
