UNIVERS Capital was founded – in addition to our MIMCO investment platform in Luxembourg and France – to make exclusive investment opportunities available to private investors in Germany as well. Our team combines expertise in finance, insurance, real estate, project development and IT.
We stand for transparency, responsibility and digital solutions – – with the aim of making investments easier, safer and smarter.
UNIVERS Capital was founded in 2024 with the clear vision of rethinking access to high-quality investment opportunities: transparent, digital, and accessible to a broader investor base in Germany.
UNIVERS Capital fills a major gap in the investment market
While institutional investors have benefited from exclusive investment opportunities for years, these opportunities have largely been denied to private investors. This is precisely where we come in – with the goal of making professional investments accessible to private investors as well, in a simple and secure way.
From this idea emerged a company that combines in-depth industry expertise in finance, project development, real estate economics, IT, and insurance. The founders and the current core team bring many years of experience in their respective fields and a shared conviction: investing must become more transparent, efficient, and fairer.
Today, this founding vision forms the foundation of our daily activities. UNIVERS Capital develops and supports projects across Europe for the MIMCO Group, its parent company, with a digital approach, strong values and the ambition to lead capital investments into the digital future and to revolutionize the investment market with outstanding conditions for all investors.

Die MIMCO Group steht für eine nachweisbare Erfolgsbilanz im europäischen Immobilienmarkt. Mit einem klaren Fokus auf wertschöpfende Projekte hat das Unternehmen in den vergangenen Jahren ein breit diversifiziertes Portfolio in attraktiven Lagen aufgebaut und erfolgreich umgesetzt.
Seit 2016 verfolgt die MIMCO Group eine klare europäische Wachstumsstrategie. Der Ursprung lag in Deutschland, wo erste Immobilienprojekte erfolgreich identifiziert und umgesetzt wurden und damit die Grundlage für den weiteren Ausbau geschaffen wurde.
Immobilienprojekte in Portugal, Spanien, Frankreich, Luxemburg und Deutschland – mit der Schweiz als nächstem Expansionsschritt.
